Please note that tracking numbers are emailed when we have completed the shipping documents. Orders placed by 11:30am EST are usually shipped same day. Orders placed after 11:30am EST will ship the next business day. Our warehouse is in the Toronto area – you cannot drop by to pickup products at the warehouse.

We only ship to addresses in Canada.

We especially recommend Mesh Network Planning Guide and Using the Dashboard. If the Knowledgebase doesn’t answer your questions, please contact Technical Support (support@cloudtrax.com). We recommend using email as it allows our engineers to respond to you faster. Important: When you email us, please include your phone number and dashboard network name so we can investigate before getting back to you.
